In collaboration with Salty Seabirds for Mental Health Awareness week we are offering a range of activities and mini events utilising the worlds biggest, free, mental health resource - The Sea!
Join me for a free guided meditation by the sea plus a guided writing exercise to use the sea to get your positive future thinking juices going followed by an optional sea swim!
Bring a pen and paper if you wish to do the writing exercise and of course swimming stuff and a towel if you wish to feel even more wonderful and take a cheeky dip in the ocean.
Low tide is at 14.09 so perfect for all levels of swimmer - the sea will be gentle.
Location will be the grassy area behind the view.
