Gratitude Meditation: Coronavirus




After our first official week in lockdown in the UK you may be experiencing a load of different emotions. I'm definitely wanting to get outside in the lovely weather! However during these difficult times, both emotionally and physically, it's important to take some time to cultivate and practise gratitude.


Ideally this is best followed on a Friday or a Sunday - at the end of your week. Let's keep a sense of structure and a sense of perspective.
